Starlene Musterer has worked for many years as a program assistant at École Westlock Elementary School.  Starlene is passionate about her work and it is evident in the memories that students have shared.  She has made a difference in so many children’s lives.  Starlene has given these children wonderful memories to cherish and continues to do so!
