At their Aug 28 meeting the school board adopted the new organizational chart for regional services, which has resulted in the elimination of almost 3 full time positions. These changes represent an annual savings of nearly $395,000, which have been transferred to schools. The new structure also allows administration to provide increased support for the work that is being done in schools and the Alberta Distance Learning Centre.
