Due to the delayed release of the provincial budget, school board trustees discussed some of the assumptions they have made as they develop the 2019-20 budget. Monies that may not be provided next year include:

• Classroom Improvement Fund – $844,000
• School Fees Reduction Grant – $400,000 — If this grant is cut, parents may need to once again pay instructional fees.

The school board will consider adopting the 2019-20 budget at the June 26th meeting.
