Citizenship Award Winner – Mirsadie Chaisson

Mirsadie Chaisson is a Grade 6 student at Swan Hills School and was nominated for the Citizenship Award by teacher Cassandra Davies. In her nomination, Miss Davies says, “Sadie is a very responsible, motivated, and passionate student, who comes to school every day with a smile on her face. No matter what we are doing in the classroom, whether it interests her or not, she tries her best and has a positive attitude.”

Mirsadie is described as dependable, and is always willing to help out in the classroom. She is respectful of others and brings a joyful, positive energy to those around her. She often encourages others to participate in what is happening in and out of the classroom. Mirsadie is very kind to all of the students she encounters throughout the day regardless of whether or not they are part of her friend group.

The school board is pleased to present Mirsadie with the Citizenship Award for recognition of the positive contributions she makes in her school and community. Congratulations!
