May 16th, 2019

Darbie Yarnold is a Grade 2 student at Swan Hills School.  Program Assistant Jennifer Stenberg submitted the Citizenship Award nomination.  She outlined that Darbie is one of the hardest working students that is always on task, participates in classroom discussions and is one of the first students to complete their work daily.  Darbie is always willing to help a fellow classmate, friend or staff member.  You can always count on her honesty and she is a great role model to fellow students.  She has a positive attitude, a compassionate heart and always has a smile on her face, which makes the classroom a great place to be.  Darbie has grown into a dedicated student that cares about those around her and wants to help make Swan Hills School the best it can be.  She is smart, kind and respects everyone around her.

In recognition of making positive contributions to her school and community, the Board awards the Citizenship Award to Darbie!
