Citizenship Award Winner – Lashonda Moore

Lashonda Moore is a Grade 5 student at Eleanor Hall School.  Teacher Tara Thue submitted the Citizenship Award nomination.  She outlined that Lashonda is responsible, hardworking and a desire to do well.  She will stay in on her own to complete her projects and assignments early.  Classroom duties are taken seriously and never needs to be asked to help a peer.  Lashonda is an active participant in the school recycling program.  She takes this job very seriously and is always willing to help and support others.  Lashonda is very sensitive to the feelings of others.  She is responsible for walking a kindergarten student home after school.  The student feels safe under Lashonda’s watch!

In recognition of making positive contributions to her school and community, the Board awards the Citizenship Award to Lashonda!
